At Captivation Hub, we understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to take a step back. To accommodate our valued clients, we offer the option to pause your account once per calendar year for up to three (3) months. This option provides flexibility while ensuring your account remains secure and ready to reactivate when you're ready.

Phone Number Management
If you have purchased a phone number in your Captivation Hub account, we encourage you to cancel that plan during the pause period to avoid additional charges. You will have the option to purchase a new number when your account is reactivated. If you choose not to cancel your phone number those charges will be passed on to you.

To unpause your account and restore full access to its features, simply contact our support team. Your account will resume normal billing and operations immediately upon reactivation.
