Captivation Hub Pause Policy

At Captivation Hub, we understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to take a step back. To accommodate our valued clients, we offer the option to pause your account once per calendar year for up to three (3) months. This option provides flexibility while ensuring your account remains secure and ready to reactivate when you're ready.

Pause Request Requirements

Notice Period:

To pause your account, you must notify us at least five (5) days before your next billing date. This allows us sufficient time to process your request and ensure everything is set up properly.


Once Scheduled:

After your pause is scheduled by contacting our support team, your priority support services will also be pausedfor the duration of the pause. Basic support will remain available for general inquiries via email:[email protected]


Fee and Duration:

The fee to pause your account is $10.00 USD per month.Pauses can be scheduled for a maximum of three (3) consecutive months and are limited to one (1) pause request per calendar year.

Account Access During Pause

While your account is paused:

Restricted Features:
Access to your funnels, customer data, sales reports, and admin features (e.g., editing, automations, CRM) will be temporarily disabled.

Active Funnels:
Your domain and public-facing funnels will remain live, ensuring no disruptions to customer-facing operations. However: Automated notifications and internal features will be disabled.Payment processing through your funnels will remain active, but notifications and backend access will not be available until your account is reactivated.

Phone Number Management

If you have purchased a phone number in your Captivation Hub account, we encourage you to cancel that plan during the pause period to avoid additional charges. You will have the option to purchase a new number when your account is reactivated. If you choose not to cancel your phone number those charges will be passed on to you.

Bonuses and Grandfathering

Bonuses: Any promotional bonuses you received upon signup (e.g., account credits) will remain intact and available upon reactivation.

Grandfathered Pricing: During the pause period, your account pricing will remain locked at the price you paid at sign up. All prices are in USD. Once reactivated, you will continue to enjoy this rate.


Reactivation

To unpause your account and restore full access to its features, simply contact our support team. Your account will resume normal billing and operations immediately upon reactivation.

Pausing your account allows you to retain your work and maintain your pricing, ensuring you can pick up where you left off without losing progress or paying higher fees.
